Parking/Code Violations
Parking over the sidewalk or close to a fire hydrant and planting trees in the grass area between the sidewalk and street are Brevard County Code Enforcement violations. While the HOA is aware of the violations, the HOA does not have the authority to enforce the county codes, we can only communicate them.
